Debtors wishing to schedule a personal property appointment will need to provide valid government issued photo id and key to the vehicle. You will need to bring bags/boxes to your appointment to carry property out in. Personal property appointments are limited to 15 minutes.
Debtors wishing to schedule a vehicle redemption appointment MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE and key to the vehicle at their appointment. You MAY have fees due at this appointment that will only be payable in cash. If you arrive without a CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT or in excess of 5 minutes early or late of the confirmed time you will be turned away and be required to reschedule.
